General Refund Conditions
  1. No Refunds on Opened or Used Products: Due to the nature of our herbal and health-related products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  2. Non-Refundable Items: Products sold on clearance, promotional offers, or discounted prices are strictly non-refundable.
  3. Incorrect or Defective Products: Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  4. Proof of Issue: Customers must provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product to request a refund or replacement.
  5. Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Refund Eligibility
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to be considered for a refund.
  • The refund amount will exclude shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds
  • If the customer provides incorrect shipping details resulting in failed delivery.

Return Shipping

Cancellation Policy
